Tear trough treatment uses a soft, hydrophilic filler to restore volume beneath the eyes, reducing the appearance of hollowing and dark shadows. It is one of the most technically demanding filler treatments and should only be performed by a medical professional with appropriate training.
Profhilo is a high-concentration hyaluronic acid treatment that is injected at five specific points on each side of the face. It is not a filler — it does not add volume. Instead it bioremodels the skin from within, stimulating collagen and elastin production to improve skin quality, hydration and laxity. Results typically require two sessions, four weeks apart.

Sometimes, yes — but Helen prefers a staged approach, particularly for new patients. This allows her to assess how you respond and make adjustments before proceeding. It also tends to produce more natural-looking results.
All of the treatments Helen offers use non-permanent products, typically lasting between six and eighteen months depending on the area and product used. This is a deliberate choice — reversible treatments give both patient and practitioner far more control over the outcome.
